Are the bags ready to ship?

Yes. Unlike our previous custom pieces, every bag from the new collection is ready to ship.

How limited is the collection?

Each colour has been produced in very limited quantities, with only a few pieces available per colour. Once a colour sells out, restocks are not guaranteed.

Will sold-out colours be restocked?

Some colours may return in future collections, but restocks are not guaranteed. If you have your eye on a particular colour, we recommend purchasing while it’s available.

Are the bags handmade?

Yes. Every KÖVI bag is individually handmade by skilled leather artisans in Vietnam.

What leather are the bags made from?

Each bag is made from carefully selected cow leather. The leather type and finish varies between styles and colours and is listed on each product page.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my bag?

Yes. Returns are accepted in accordance with our returns policy. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I care for my KÖVI bag?

Avoid prolonged contact with water, oils and other liquids. Store your bag away from direct sunlight and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed. A care card is included with your order.
