Shipping policy

KOVI currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Each piece is made to order and production begins once payment has been received. Production timelines may vary depending on the selected style, current demand, and the nature of the piece. Some orders may be completed within a few days, while others may require additional time. We appreciate your patience as every item is carefully crafted with intention and attention to detail.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Once dispatched, most orders currently arrive within approximately 1–2.5 weeks, however delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. During busier periods, shipping may take up to 3–4 weeks.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
