Shipping policy

KOVI offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Each piece is made to order and begins production once payment has been received. Production time may vary depending on the style selected, current demand, and the nature of the piece. Some orders may be completed within a few days, while others may require additional time. We appreciate your patience as each item is carefully crafted with intention and attention to detail.

Once dispatched, most orders currently arrive within approximately 1–2.5 weeks, however delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. During busier periods, shipping may take up to 3–4 weeks.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
