Refund policy

At KOVI, each piece is made to order with care and intention. Due to the nature of our production process, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopwithkovi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work towards an appropriate solution.

Please note that minor variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and natural materials used. These are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not deemed faults.

KOVI is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply depending on your country.
