Returns & Refunds

At KÖVI, we want you to love your piece. As our collection is produced in limited quantities, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour choice, or change of preference.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopwithkovi@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Handmade & Natural Variations

KÖVI pieces are handmade using natural leather and materials. As a result, slight variations in texture, grain, colour, and finish may occur from piece to piece. These natural variations are not considered faults and are part of what makes each KÖVI piece unique.
