By producing in small quantities and only when ordered, KÖVI embraces a slower and more intentional approach to fashion.

KÖVI began after a trip to Hoi An in 2025, where I had my first custom leather bag made and quickly fell in love with both the craftsmanship and the slower pace of life the town is known for.

What started as an idea to make these beautifully handcrafted pieces more accessible evolved into something much more personal — a brand built around thoughtful design, collaboration, and creating pieces designed to be lived in for years to come.

Can you recreate a bag I’ve seen?
Yes — inspiration images are always welcome. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, designs won’t be exact replicas, but can be thoughtfully recreated with your own custom details and adjustments.

Can I customise the details?
Yes — leather, hardware, sizing, straps, closures, and finishing details can all be customised.

How long does production take?
Production timelines vary depending on the design and current demand. Estimated turnaround times will always be confirmed before production begins.

A 50% deposit is required to begin custom orders, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping.

Due to the personalised nature of custom pieces, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
