How do I order a custom piece?
Submit an enquiry with your idea or inspiration and I’ll guide you through the design process.

What happens after I enquire?
We’ll refine your design together, confirm pricing, and begin production once your deposit is paid.

Can you recreate a bag I’ve seen?
Yes — inspiration images are always welcome. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, designs won’t be exact replicas, but can be thoughtfully recreated with your own custom details and adjustments.

Can I customise the details?
Yes — leather, hardware, sizing, straps, closures, and finishing details can all be customised.

How much does a custom bag cost?
Pricing depends on the design, leather, size, and level of customisation. Submit your idea and I’ll provide a personalised quote.

What happens if my chosen leather is unavailable?
We source our leathers in small batches, so on rare occasions a selected leather may become unavailable before your bag enters production. If this happens, we'll contact you with the closest available alternative and won't begin crafting your bag until you've approved the change. If you'd prefer not to proceed with an alternative, we'll happily discuss other options with you.

How long does production take?
Most pieces are completed within 5–7 days from deposit payment, though some designs may take up to 14 days depending on complexity and current demand. Estimated turnaround times will always be confirmed before production begins.

How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, most orders currently arrive within approximately 1–2.5 weeks, however delivery time frames may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. During busier periods, shipping may take up to 3–4 weeks.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
