What happens after I enquire?
We’ll refine your design together, confirm pricing, and begin production once your deposit is paid.

Can you recreate a bag I’ve seen?
Yes — inspiration images are always welcome. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, designs won’t be exact replicas, but can be thoughtfully recreated with your own custom details and adjustments.

Can I customise the details?
Yes — leather, hardware, sizing, straps, closures, and finishing details can all be customised.

How much does a custom bag cost?
Pricing depends on the design, leather, size, and level of customisation. Submit your idea and I’ll provide a personalised quote.

How long does production take?
Most pieces are completed within 5–7 days from deposit payment, though some designs may take up to 14 days depending on complexity and current demand. Estimated turnaround times will always be confirmed before production begins.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
